Maintenance Plans
Residential Maintenance Plans
- Clean and Check (once a year): This includes washing condenser, clearing and treating drain line, and checking out overall system health. Air filters will be an additional fee.
- $225 for the first system, $150 for each additional system
- Periodic Maintenance Plan - Good (Biannual): This is our basic tune-up service plan. Includes one Spring tune-up and one Fall tune-up. This includes checking out the overall health of the system, focusing on electrical components. Air filters will be an additional fee.
- $95 for the first system, $60 for each additional system. Price is per visit.
- Periodic Maintenance Plan - Better (Biannual): Includes one Spring cool check and one Fall heat check. With the addition of checking refrigerant pressures and washing the condenser for heating season, plus a nitrogen purge if the drain line is clogged. This plan comes with 10% off repairs and preferred scheduling. Air filters will be an additional fee.
- $150 for the first system, $90 for each additional system. Price is per visit.
- Periodic Maintenance Plan - Best (Biannual): Includes one Spring cool check and one Fall heat check. Includes work from the Good and Better service plans. Includes filters provided by us, proactive drain line purge and chemical treatment Comes with 15min of miscellaneous small repair labor. This plan comes with 10% off repairs and preferred scheduling.
- $225 for the first system. $135 for each additional system. Price is per visit.
Commercial maintenance plans are customized to each account/building due to the variety of construction.
