Our History
Putman Services began in early 2013 when founder Michael Putman left a career as a truck driver and set out to build a business of his own. Starting as a one-man operation, Michael took on a variety of projects, including fencing, plumbing, drywall repair, sprinkler systems, and rental property turns—doing whatever was needed to support himself and serve his customers. Through hard work and commitment, he steadily built a reputation for himself.
As the business grew, Michael recognized an opportunity to specialize in the HVAC industry. By late 2015, he had narrowed the company's focus to HVAC services and officially incorporated Putman Services in November of that year. Around the same time, the company secured work with a major residential rental management company, helping establish a strong foundation for future growth.
From the beginning, Putman Services has been built on strong relationships. Through cold calling, word-of-mouth referrals, and a strong built reputation, the company has steadily expanded over the years. What started as one man in an unmarked pickup truck, has grown into a fully branded company with multiple service vehicles and a dedicated team.
Today, Putman Services focuses primarily on commercial HVAC services, while remaining committed to providing exceptional service to our residential customers.
